A MESSAGE FROM MARS, OUR YOGA TEACHER

"Hi, I’m Mars 🙏🏽 I’m a yoga teacher with a deep love for the practice and how it nurtures the body, calms the mind, and opens the heart. My journey began back in 2010, when yoga unexpectedly found its way into my life. Since then, it’s been one of the roots of my tree, grounding me and bringing balance to my life.

For the past eight years, I’ve been lucky to call the beautiful island of Siargao my home. This magical place has been both my sanctuary and my biggest inspiration, reminding me to live mindfully, move with intention, and stay connected to nature’s rhythms.

In my classes, I love creating a welcoming space where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. My personal love is Ashtanga - I’m drawn to its rhythm, discipline, and meditative flow but I’m just as happy to adapt our practice to how you’re feeling that day. Whether that’s a strong, energizing sequence or a slow, nourishing flow, my goal is to guide you through mindful movement that leaves you feeling grounded, open, and at ease, both on and off the mat."

MOVE, SWEAT & FIND YOUR FLOW

Padel & Palms is Siargao’s first padel club, with its iconic pink courts set under a palm-framed roof along Back Road in General Luna. Guests can book casual games, coaching sessions or friendly matches from early morning until late evening, with a small bamboo café and relaxed seating creating an easy place to linger before or after play.

What makes Padel & Palms especially special is its heart for the island community. Every Saturday they host Padel Social: an open, easy-going mix of games, community market stalls, good company and a live DJ. On Sundays, the courts are handed over to the kids of Siargao for the free Junior Padel Academy.
